Lubia Díaz is in charge of supervising the entire metadata flow, adjusting the metrics to achieve better efficiency and quality. She strives to always deepen the access to our catalogs by constantly researching and developing new strategies.
She worked in the Patrimony Directorate of the University of Havana, where she taught classes on her specialty and perfected the conservation digital system of the University. She is also a member of the Academic Committee of the Masters’ courses on Preservation and Management of Cultural Patrimony at the University of Havana’s Colegio de San Gerónimo.
She was a member of the Organizing Committee of the XXXVIII Scientific Instrument Symposium, Havana, 2019. She has participated in various scientific events, and authored important research in both national and international publications.
An experienced screenwriter, Lubia has also worked as personal assistant, producer and sales manager of visual artist Ibrahim Miranda.
Lubia is a leader and brings positive energy to every project she embarks on. She feels blessed to combine her love of culture and science through the prism of patrimony digitalization. She is a tireless dancer and mixes her personal time between music and family.
